60-minute stretch & release class

 

Involving a series of long-held, passive poses which helps to target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. We will slowly and mindfully transition between poses as we gently allow those tissues to stretch, facilitating better circulation and joint health and improving overall flexibility. Suitable for all.

Sign up required EACH WEEK - you must bring a friend to join this class.

Come along to our ladies pamper evening where we’ll have head massage and nail painting among other things as well as refreshments so come ready to relax and unwind! We’d love you to bring a friend along too!
