60-minute stretch & release class
Involving a series of long-held, passive poses which helps to target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. We will slowly and mindfully transition between poses as we gently allow those tissues to stretch, facilitating better circulation and joint health and improving overall flexibility. Suitable for all.
