Church Weekend FAQs

What is included in the ticket price?
Included in your ticket price is:

  • A camping pitch for Friday and Saturday night

  • Food for the whole weekend.

  • Meetings and activities during the days and evening entertainment at night

  • Free tea, coffee and cake in the cafe.​

What do I need to bring?

A Bible

Tent (if you’re camping)
Sleeping bags/pillow/bedding
Roll mats/camping bed/air bed to sleep on
Mallets
Torch
Cool box
Water bottles
Tea towels
Kitchen roll
Toiletries & towels
Warm clothes
Waterproof jacket
Wellies

Will there be transport to the event?
Transport is not provided. Please talk to the church office if you are struggling to arrange this.

Is there electricity hook up for caravans?

Yes but there are only a few power points on site. If you would like to enquire about a hook up, please email info@gatewaychurch.me

 

Can I charge my phone?
Yes. There are power sockets in the 2 barns that you can use but these are limited.

 

Is there wifi?
No. There is also limited phone signal depending on your provider.

 

Is there any children’s work?
Yes! We will have a full programme for our kids.

Are there showers?
Yes. There are 5 male and 5 female showers. Additionally there are 4 family/disabled
shower rooms.

 

Can we have BBQs?
No.

Can we have open fires?
Not individual ones. There is a fire pit area, which we will be making full use of
throughout the evenings.
