I Am Confident
THE OUTLINE
Do you fight a daily battle of self-doubt? Do you struggle with low self-worth? Are you confident in your capabilities? These sessions can help you find your true worth.​ We will spend time looking at building confidence and self-worth through practical sessions that help you to discover a more positive outlook so you are more equipped to face life’s daily challenges.
​Children are welcome and crèche facilities are provided.
The sessions are FREE, plus there will be coffee and cake available!
Time and PLace
Time: Every Thursday (term time only) from 9.45am - 12:00pm
