Join us for the first session in our 6-part Stress Less course! With Beth Sear.

Have you had trouble sleeping? Have you found it hard to motivate yourself recently? Or found you have felt more nervous? Does it sometimes feel like everything is ‘too much?’

If you relate to any of the above, or feel that you struggle with stress, join us for our Stress Less course. Stress Less is designed to equip you with the tools you need to combat the physical and emotional signs of stress and will teach you skills to manage it better. We will give you the answers to the questions above and much more!

This 6-part course of 1hr30 minute sessions is aimed at learning how to manage unhelpful stress.

Exploring in greater depth: physical stress and panic, psychological stress, negative thoughts and worries and learning how to cope and communicate better. This course offers practical skills and a supporting workbook that can be used to practice techniques in-between sessions.

Join two qualified Psychotherapists from Work to Wellbeing on Monday evenings as we take you through a 6-week course to help you to Stress Less!   Please note: you must be 16 or over to participate in this session. The cost of the course is £10 per person. This 6 week course is run via Webinar in order to protect your anonymity. You will be able to engage with the course leaders and ask questions via the Webinar messaging system though.
