Mental Health access/support

Dorset Mental Health Carers Support line: 01202 373305 and 01305 340045 (7 days a week). Run by mental health carers for carers – providing listening, signposting, understanding and support.
GP is also key to getting the individual support.

Addiction & Recovery

Walks: We run weekly walks which take place in Bournemouth and Poole.
Recovery Days: The Recovery Day takes place every Thursday, 10am - 3pm at Winton Methodist Church. The days will include food, fellowship and a range of organised activities.
Recovery Courses: These are run both in person and online, for more information see here.
Recovery Support Group: Support for those affected by a person’s addiction or habit. The Support Group meets on Tuesdays, 7.30pm - 9pm. You can find more information here.
